C&MC offers technical services to attorneys, insurance companies and loss or risk adjusters to resolve claims, assess losses and provide litigation support. Work focuses on material assessments, evaluations, testing and analysis. Dr. Elliott is an expert witness in both County Federal and Supreme courts and has extensive trial experience. He has testified in trials, depositions, mediations and arbitrations in the USA and overseas, including Venezuela and South Africa. He is court-qualified and has been accepted as an expert in metallurgy, materials engineering, corrosion and failure analysis.
